Stronger 25, round 2

This program is identical to Stronger 25, this is a 4 week program, with 3 live workouts each week. I will be going live each week beginning April 7, 2024, Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:00am. If 6:00am does not work for you, these workouts will be available for you to complete at your convenience. Monday's workout will focus on lower body, Wednesday will focus on upper body and Friday will be a total body workout. Each workout will be 20 minutes with a 5 minute core finisher at the end. You will complete the first 2 weeks of workouts and repeat them for weeks 3 & 4. You will have access to the program for 5 weeks. There will be additional 10-12 minute bonus workouts for you to complete on your off days.
