About

This program is a 4-week program, scheduled for 3 workouts each week. Each week, first workout is lower body focused, second upper body and third total body workout. Each workout will be 20 minutes with a 5-minute core finisher at the end. You will complete the first 2 weeks of workouts and repeat them for weeks 3 & 4. You will have access to the program for 5 weeks. There will be additional 10-12 minute bonus workouts for you to complete on your off days.
