Summer Strong is your no-excuses plan to feel powerful, energized and confident- all in just 20 minutes 5x a week. This is a 4-week challenge that delivers 5 workouts per week designed for busy schedules, summer fun and total body strength. Each workout is 20 minutes or less. You will complete the first 2 weeks of workouts and repeat them for weeks 3 & 4. You will have access to the program for 5 weeks.
